Short Inspirational Quotes for Motivation, Anxiety, and Depression

I do love a good quote!

Some days you just need a little push in the right direction or a little motivation to help you get on with your day. I don’t like long quotes or preachy ones but short and snappy quotes that are easy to remember.

I have put together a few of my favourite quotes here and I hope you like them. As I said before they are all short (some have only three words) and the intention is to inspire and motivate for times when everything gets too much.

I think we put far too much pressure on ourselves and when our quest for perfection fails we end up feeling deflated and useless. Anxiety, depression and chronic pain sap energy both mentally and physically and we feel like failures even more.

So, a short reminder can give us a much-needed reality check and suddenly the little things don’t matter any more!

Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it yet.

I hope you like these quotes.

Do you have any favourite quotes which help put everything into perspective?

I would love to know what you think and also how you find motivation when suffering from mental health problems, pain or even just being a busy person who struggles sometimes.

Also, there may be someone close to you who is having a bad time. It’s not always about huge gestures and problem-solving. Sometimes a smile is enough to make things feel better!

Thank you for reading.
